Refund Policy
Software licenses are digital, unique and often become unusable for resale as soon as a code is revealed, activated or a transfer begins. Please check the product and purchase type before confirming an order.
1. Digital-license orders are final
Confirmed digital-license orders cannot normally be returned or exchanged. This includes activation codes, completed publisher-account purchases, subscriptions, license transfers and other digital entitlements. A change of mind, an incompatible system, failure to meet a publisher's account requirements, or finding a different price later does not create a refund right unless applicable law says otherwise.
2. Check before buying
Before confirming an order, check the product name and edition, operating-system and host compatibility, license type, activation method, regional limits and publisher account requirements. Use the publisher's demo where one is available. Ask VST:RADAR support before ordering if a purchase option is unclear.
3. Delivery problems and incorrect orders
If a code has not arrived, is invalid on first use, or the delivered item does not match the confirmed order, do not keep trying to redeem it and do not place a duplicate order. Contact support immediately.
VST:RADAR will check the order, delivery and activation records. If the problem is confirmed, the service may correct the delivery, replace the license where possible, complete the original fulfilment, or refund the affected payment when fulfilment cannot be completed.
4. Duplicate or failed payment
Report an apparent duplicate charge, a payment with no corresponding order, or an interrupted payment through support. Include the approximate time, amount, payment method and order number if available. Do not send passwords, Telegram login codes, seed phrases or full card details.
5. How to request a review
Open VST:RADAR support in Telegram as soon as the issue is noticed. Keep the delivered code private and unused while the request is reviewed. A review may require confirmation from the software publisher, supplier or payment provider, so resolution time depends on the purchase type.
6. Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit refund, replacement or other rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to the purchase.
