Terms of Use
These terms apply when you browse VST:RADAR, use its Telegram bot or Mini Apps, or place an order through the service.
1. The service
VST:RADAR is a music software marketplace and price-tracking service operated through Telegram. It helps users compare available purchase options and order digital software licenses. Availability, prices and promotions can change, and an offer is not final until it is confirmed during the order process.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You need a Telegram account to use the store. You are responsible for access to that account and for the accuracy of information supplied during an order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase in your location and comply with any age, regional or account requirements imposed by Telegram or the software publisher.
3. Products and license conditions
Products are digital licenses. The purchase option may be an activation code, a publisher-account purchase, a license transfer, a subscription or another clearly labelled format. Publisher terms, supported systems, activation limits, account requirements and transfer rules continue to apply. Check compatibility and, where available, try the publisher's demo before ordering.
4. Orders, prices and payment
The price and payment method shown when an order is confirmed are the ones that apply to that order. Currency conversion and third-party prices may change between searches. An order can be declined or cancelled before fulfilment if an offer is no longer available, its data is clearly incorrect, or completing it would breach publisher or payment-provider rules. If payment was received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the issue will be resolved through support.
5. Delivery
Eligible in-stock codes are delivered automatically after the order is confirmed. Other purchase types, including transfers and codes ordered from a supplier, require additional processing. The expected method and timing are shown in the store or communicated before fulfilment. You are responsible for following the activation instructions and protecting a delivered code from unauthorised use.
6. Refunds
Digital-license orders are subject to the Refund Policy. Do not expose, redeem or transfer a code if you believe the order is incorrect. Contact support immediately so the delivery record can be checked.
7. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, attempt to bypass pricing or access controls, resell credentials, submit fraudulent payment information, or try to receive the same license more than once. Access may be limited while suspected abuse, a security incident or a payment dispute is investigated.
8. Service changes and responsibility
VST:RADAR may update, suspend or remove features and listings. Reasonable care is taken to keep market data current, but third-party prices and availability can change without notice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
